Buxton Swimming Pool 14:00
The format is a swim in the Buxton pool followed by a quick transition to a run around a loop within the Pavilion Gardens.
Registration for the event will take place from 2pm with the kids then starting in the pool from 3.15pm.
The kids will start in start waves depending on their age and the distance that they are to swim. These are as follows:
PLEASE NOTE: The age category entered is the age of the Child on the 31/12/2020
Tristar start: – Aged 6, 7 & 8 (must be 6 by the 31/12/20 to compete): Swim 50m (2 lengths) and run 600m (1 lap).
Tristar 1: – Aged 9 & 10: Swim 150m (6 lengths) and run 1200m (2 laps).
Tristar 2: – Aged 11 & 12: Swim 200m (8 lengths) and run 1800m (3 laps).
Tristar 3: – Aged 13 & 14: Swim 300m (12 lengths) and run 2400m (4 laps).
There will be medals for all finishers.
