CYCLING COACHING AND TRAINING SESSIONS

Working throughout the year to consolidate cycling leg strength and bike handling skills should enable a rapid return to T2. This is in turn should lead to a more dynamic run to complete the triathlon event.

INDOOR WINTER SESSIONS

Now on a Monday, virtual via Microsoft Teams (& Zwift, if you have it) between October – Easter. Turbo training is a great way to improve leg speed and strength over the winter period in a safe environment, training with other people should add to the enjoyment of the process. Following a winter of turbo training as part of an overall training programme should translate to a flying start to the new season. The structured and progressive programme can be adapted for all levels of ability and also allows for group discussion of triathlon related topics. You will need your own bike and trainer.

Thank you for the Turbo Sessions over the last few months, in my first 10 mile TT of the year I was over a minute quicker than the same event last year, and the weather was rubbish!  Cecil, Buxton
